Upholding such values, promoted by our people, separates us from competitors as a top provider of services to the global energy industry.</p><p>Works closely with other Supervisors and Management to provide leadership and supervision for shop and field operations.&nbsp; Interfaces directly with customers and sales personnel to ensure work to be completed is scheduled appropriately to meet customer requirements.&nbsp;</p><h3>Duties and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure that the flowback package is equipped with all required tools and spare parts as per pre-deployment check list and work with field coordinators as per job criteria</li><li>Supervise and/or perform installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment; record and document maintenance work performed</li><li>Minimally supervise involvement in the repairs, rebuilding, and maintenance of equipment (not to include welding or major engine repairs)</li><li>Understand trouble shooting and field repairs of equipment</li><li>Inspection, calibration, and installation of equipment</li><li>Communicate regularly with the customer representative and General Manager regarding job program and operational parameters</li><li>Report all incidents and accidents to the appropriate company official and customer representative</li><li>Submit all required safety reports to Management</li><li>Perform all work in accordance with all SOP and ensure compliance to government regulations, DOT logbook, journey management, industry, and company policies</li><li>Attend and actively participate in all required safety meetings</li><li>Assist in logistics associated with execution of job</li><li>Participation in training and mentorship duties</li><li>Conduct regular observations of crew members, ensuring that:</li><li>Safe operating procedures are followed</li><li>All equipment is being operated in accordance to job specifications, applicable regulations and with company policies</li><li>Responsible for preparation and submission of all required documentation, daily tickets, data collection, billing information and chargebacks on field jobs</li><li>Responsible for good housekeeping and cleanliness on locations and in the shop</li><li>Perform pre- and post-job maintenance of equipment</li></ul><h3>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h3><ul><li>Previous leadership experience</li><li>Supervise shift up to 3 or 4 crew members</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic</li><li>Ability to work overtime as required</li><li>Ability to travel overnight as required</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Education and Experience</h3><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>On-the job training offered&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Ideal offers a competitive compensation package that includes: Health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) start 1st day of employment, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Disability coverage, Matching RRSP and Employee referral program</p>
