
Administrative Clerk - Reed Hycalog Bits
JOB SUMMARY
NOV is actively recruiting for an Administrative Clerk for our facility in Nisku, AB. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with facility personnel to ensure communication between the shop, field and office personnel are maintained, and process paperwork associated with transactions to and from the facilities.
You have experience as Administrative Assistant, familiar with JD Edwards, and Track a Tool we want to hear from you.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all communication systems are maintained and executed clearly to staff
- Process activity tickets, repair orders, and modifications including the transfer or collection of information within the prescribed data management systems
- Filing of all paperwork processed at the facility, including maintenance documents, training records, control documents
- Order all necessary office supplies and business documents required by all personnel with the facility
- Adhere to all HSE requirements pertaining to job duties
- Other duties, considered within the capabilities of the incumbent will be assigned when and as needed. Training will be given as necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum Education and Experience):
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Experience with following software and systems preferred: Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, and Track a Tool
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Action oriented and able to multi-task
- Attention to detail with problem solving skills
- Good communication and organization skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
