
Assembly Technician - ATP Wellhead

Reporting to the Assembly, Test and Paint (ATP) Supervisor, the Assembly Technician will be responsible for providing quality workmanship on the assembly testing and painting of Company products while maintaining high standards.
Key position functions include:
- Assembles, stamps and tests wellhead components in accordance with work order requirements.
- Ensure processes and testing operations are performed in accordance with safety regulations and are carried out in a conscientious manner.
- Responsible to ensure assembly and testing meet work order requirements.
- Identify non-conformance's by separation and/or marking.
- Maintain workstation and equipment to an acceptable Stream-Flo standard of cleanliness.
- Follow work order and process traveler requirements and fill out job sheets or record time using ERP system.
- Report all machine, crane and hoist problems in the proper maintenance logs and notify Maintenance Department and/or lead hand/supervisor of a down time situation.
- Perform other duties assigned by Lead Hand / Supervisor.
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- High School Diploma with relevant experience with wellhead equipment and oilfield industry preferred.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize and possess strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with minimum of supervision.
