RIGHT CHOICE Camps & Catering is recruiting for a Camp Manager / Facility Manager to work in one of our various locations in north western Alberta. Reporting to the Hospitality Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the camp/facility including interaction with clients at the project manager level, daily relationship with our valued guests, Department Head supervision, general staff oversight, quality assurance and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet performance standards and expectations while ensuring productivity goals are met
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Developing and maintaining superior customer relations
- Deliver quality product and service in all areas of the facility.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing reports are submitted.
- Review financial reports, recognizing variances and providing corrective actions to achieve budget.
- Ensure the effective utilization of Lodge facilities by developing strategies to optimize all aspects of the operation.
- Ensure employee developmental requirements are identified and appropriate plans of actions are implemented.
- Support Department Heads in the identification and achievement of the organizations goals and objectives.
- Providing coaching sessions, guidance and mentorship to employees
- Promote positive and effective work atmosphere to encourage highest standards possible
