The Directional Well Planner is responsible for creating plans based on client requirements and making recommendations based on area experience. The Well Planner is responsible for communicating effectively with team members and the operations group to ensure efficiency and risk management during the execution of the plans. This role varies in time demands depending on the drilling season.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan vs actual updates; morning and as needed throughout the day and on call rotation starting at 5 am&nbsp;</li><li>Creating / revising well plans&nbsp;</li><li>Building preliminary well plans&nbsp;</li><li>Analyzing anti-collision reports and making recommendations&nbsp;</li><li>Attending meetings with clients&nbsp;</li><li>Assisting with any other well planning requests</li></ul>
