Job Description
Pipefitters – Journeypersons & Apprentices (Turnaround – Redwater, AB)
Dates: September 22 – 29
Location: Redwater, Alberta
FLINT is hiring Journeyperson Pipefitters and Apprentices for a short-term turnaround at a major fractionation facility in Redwater, AB.

Requirements:
Journeyperson Pipefitter or Registered Apprentice
Previous experience in facility/plant settings
Preference for candidates with fractionation or NGL plant experience in the area
Important:
No LOA or travel pay – best suited for local applicants

Qualifications
Requirements:
Valid Journeyperson Pipefitter or Registered Apprentice certification
Experience in oil & gas or industrial facility/plant settings preferred
Physically fit to work in varying weather conditions
Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Mandatory Safety Tickets:
CSTS/PST (09 or 2020)
WHMIS
H2S Alive
Nice to Have:
Confined Space Entry
First Aid
Fall Protection
Aerial Work Platform
Own reliable transportation to site
Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year abstract and fewer than 6 demerits
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
