Job Description

FLINT is seeking Insulators with excellent manual dexterity for a permanent position in Fort McMurray, AB starting December 4th or December 11th, 2024. In this position, you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule, camp accommodations, flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.  The compensation for this role is set at $47/hr for Joureypersons.  

Qualifications

  • Experience reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements, select the appropriate insulation type, and understand complex instructions.
  • Experience measuring and cutting insulating material to required dimensions using hand and power tools.
  • Experience applying and securing insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation method.
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
