At Exchanger Industries Ltd., we specialize in manufacturing high-performance heat transfer equipment for global energy and industrial markets. We're built on trust and backed by experience, and we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our collaborative and dynamic team.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering first-in-class products and service to our valued customers. You’ll be accountable for managing project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery. From kick-off to completion, you'll act as the key liaison between the customer and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee project budget, timeline, and quality from start to finish.
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Procurement, Production, and Quality).
- Manage change requests, resolve issues, and optimize project execution strategies.
- Facilitate project meetings, ensure milestones are met, and deliver timely reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support documentation control and ensure compliance with engineering and production processes.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Engineering (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- PMP certification is an asset.
- Strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project.
- A knack for reading mechanical drawings and understanding complex processes.
