Now Pre-Hiring for Fall 2025 Turnaround Season – Safety Watch Personnel
At Bravo Target Safety, our top priority is ensuring every worker gets home safely—every single day. As we prepare for the busy Fall Turnaround Season, we’re pre-hiring Safety Watch Personnel to join our team starting August/September 2025.

Important Note:
This is a pre-hiring opportunity for the Fall 2025 turnaround season. Training is expected to begin in August/September. Only successful candidates will be contacted for next steps.
Position Description
- Monitor worksite safety and ensure safe practices are followed
- Perform duties including Confined Space Watch, Spark Watch, Breathing Air Watch, and Area Watch
- Conduct hazard assessments and emergency zone monitoring
- Operate fire and safety equipment (fire extinguishers, hydrants, hose carts, etc.)
- Be a proactive part of our safety-first culture — indoors, outdoors, in various weather conditions
Position Requirements
These safety certifications must be current before training begins:
- H2S Alive
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level A or C
Other requirements:
- Must be clean-shaven during training and while on-site
- Must pass language comprehension testing
- Reliable transportation & ability to travel for extended shifts in remote locations
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing (pre-employment and pre-access)
- Comfortable working day or night shifts, outdoors, and physically active roles
- Computer & internet access for online training

- A valid Class 5 license (asset, not mandatory)
