Service Representative I

JOB SUMMARY

Combine excellent customer service and inventory control by keeping a clean, well organized shop with an accurate up to date inventory count. Be available for on call as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Keep warehouse clean and organized and ensure stock levels are adequate and up to date
Answer phones and take after hours calls
Deliver products to company or work site locations in a timely manner
Operate company vehicles and machinery
Determine how much product needed on hand and how urgently needed
Determine fastest, most cost effective way to deliver product
Process, analyze, and reconcile inventory counts
Maintain inventory, packing and transfer slip records
Assist in all day to day operations at station
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

A high school graduate.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field

Warehouse inventory experience
