
Site Administrator
POSITION SUMMARY
The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions.
PROJECT DETAILS
- Site is the DOW Chemical Plant in Fort Saskatchewan
- 5/2 Mon-Friday
- 10-hour days, Monday-Thursday, 8-hour days on Friday
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- General Administration/Communication: Represent Strike in person, on the phone and through electronic communications
- Payroll: Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client
- Document Control: Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation on continual basis throughout project
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years administrative experience an asset
- Experience with document control
- Experience within the oilfield and or construction industry is considered an asset
- Microsoft office / Excel proficiency
