Job Description

FLINT is seeking Skilled Labourers with plant maintenance experience for a long-term maintenance position in Montney, BC, starting this November. In this position, you will enjoy a 14 days on/14 days off schedule, 12-hour workdays on an averaging arrangement, camp accommodations, hourly rate ranging between $30 and $32, double time for overtime hours worked, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.


This position is best suited for local or nearby candidates, including those in the Hinton, Edson, Peace River, and Grande Prairie areas.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a plant environment preferred.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • H2S Alive
    • Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
    • Standard First Aid
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have own reliable transportation to site.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
