ChampionX has an immediate need for temporary Program Analyst located in Calgary, AB.  If you are a motivated professional with passion for data analysis and project management in the Supply Chain field, we invite you to apply. This is a full time 18-month fixed term contract.

What You Will Do:

Work with a variety of departments across the Canadian business unit to bring value and optimize the Supply Chain.

Use SAP and associated systems to conduct data extraction, verifications, and analysis to determine value added projects and initiatives.

Data visualization and presentation using current tools.

Project Management of medium to large scale projects.

Conduct training and support for developed analytical tools.

Support Project Management and Continuous Improvement program.

Position Details:

Candidate must reside in Calgary, AB or surrounding area.

Work week and shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Travel up-to 10%.

Immigration sponsorship is not available.

This is an onsite role.

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years’ experience in Engineering and Project Management.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

Fluency in MS Office Suite.

Advanced skills in MS Excel.

Advanced skills in MS Power Suite (Power BI, etc.).

Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Strategic and critical thinking skills and ability to work in teams.

Ability to solve a variety of complex problems in the absence of technical guidelines and when creative thinking is required.

Self-starter who is driven to improve.

SAP experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensed with APEGA as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.).

Experience with Oil & Gas production chemicals.

Experience working in Supply Chain.

Project Management Certification (CAPM or PMP).

Experience in Change Management.

Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Data manipulation software experience (Alteryx, SSMS, etc.).

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Productivity Improvement Techniques (Value Stream Mapping, Fishbone Analysis, etc.).

Professional Business Analyst (PBA).
