Energetic Services Inc. is an industry leader in oilfield logistics & specialty services with locations in BC and AB. We currently have a rewarding full time, permanent employment opportunity for a Vacuum Services Manager at our Fort St. John branch.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As Vacuum Services Manager you would manage and be accountable for the day-to-day operation, growth and administration of our vacuum truck fleet, reporting to the Area Manager. Your duties would include:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Supervising, directing and building our fleet of equipment and personnel.
- Hiring personnel and equipment to meet market demand.
- Communicating with customers, and coordinating and directing the necessary personnel and equipment to fulfill commitments.
- Exercising independent judgement by creatively directing equipment and personnel to maximize fleet utilization.
- Sourcing, coordinating and tracking company and third party resources to plan for vacuum projects.
- Providing ongoing training, support, evaluation and feedback to operators.
- Enforcing company policies and expectations.
- Providing business development and field operations support.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 5+ years of vac truck operation/dispatch/management experience.
- Good knowledge of the oilfield industry and a good understanding of oilfield transportation, service and disposal operations.
- Experience with eLogs, hours of service and transportation regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Able to prepare professional job quotes and budgets.
- Safety conscious and driven by growth through good business.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows systems.
- Work well as part of a team.
