What does it take to work at Goliath Snubbing?

Safety is a primary concern, as we constantly work in potentially hazardous environments and wish to keep both our clients and employees as protected as possible. At the same time, we never sacrifice the quality of our work—in fact adhering to industry regulations assures the constant top performance of our team.

To become a part of the Goliath Snubbing team we require a minimum of four years oilfield experience and the following valid certifications:

• Occupational First Aid Level 1 BC and Alberta.
• Class 1 or Class 3 Drivers License.
• Fall Arrest.
• H2S Alive.
• GODI.

Any other tickets will be considered and asset.

Here, you’ll receive extensive and ongoing training to keep you up-to-date in the latest best practices of snubbing and the oil industry. The learning never stops, enhancing your knowledge and skills in all areas through on-site training and regular safety courses that keep vital knowledge fresh in your mind.

Beyond safety upkeep, Goliath Snubbing also recognizes and rewards long term service. After 3 years, team members are awarded a fully loaded Goliath ring with two diamonds embedded. Every consecutive year of service, a new diamond is added.
