Job SummaryThe Sales Account Manager, Well Construction is primarily responsible for establishing new key contacts among assigned and potential clients and maintaining these contacts, keeping well informed of development plans of existing clients, with a strong understanding of contract terms and provisions. They will work closely with the Sales and Sales/Business Development (SD, BD) teams in acquiring new and prospective clients and following up from the teams in regards to handover of account. &nbsp;They will be required to identify market opportunities, and work with the Technical team to grow profitability revenue for the company. They will actively contribute to the technology development and deployment, through interaction with Engineering, Sales, and clients. The successful candidate should demonstrate the following qualities: accountability, adaptability, resilience, initiative, and courage.Key Areas of Responsibility<ul><li>Maintain and develop existing and new well construction clients through appropriate&nbsp;proposals and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer&nbsp;satisfaction</li><li>Work effectively and efficiently as a team member within the sales organization</li><li>Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using&nbsp;appropriate methods to facilitate development of profitable business &amp; sustainable relationships</li><li>Increase new sales volume through direct sales efforts, such as collaborating with sales team, cold calling on key clients, preparing quotes and proposals and with follow-ups</li><li>Proven track record for negotiating large contract MSA’s&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record for top-of-funnel work for the purpose of developing an RFQ proposal with clients</li><li>Ability to bring new business ideas to the Sales and Technical team</li><li>Proven ability to execute full sales cycle from initial contact through to close of the&nbsp;sale</li><li>Demonstrate competency of documented follow-up, externally to clients, and internally to management</li><li>Ability to develop a concession summary and negotiate the summary with the client</li><li>Address client inquiries and quoting prices in a prompt and accurate&nbsp;manner</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to pivot and negotiate with clients for a win-win outcome</li><li>Proven track record of negotiating and resolving accounts receivable situations whereby the customer experience is favorable</li><li>Demonstrated track record of being able to manage large accounts and involvement in all segments of the business (drilling, completions, procurement, geology, engineering, and senior management)</li><li>Regularly contributing buying concepts to the Sales team</li><li>Maximize use of technology and communication to effectively track key sales and account&nbsp;information</li><li>Assist in product pricing and logistics with sales and operations&nbsp;management teams</li><li>Develop and maintain how sales targets will be met on a quarterly&nbsp;basis</li><li>Lead development of account plans and opportunity pursuit plans with sales and technical&nbsp;teams</li><li>Communicate with leadership team regarding sales, business development, pricing, technology solutions, new business relations customer&nbsp;competitor technology</li><li>Keep Sales team aware of key account status through scheduled,&nbsp;detailed reports</li><li>Demonstrate the ability and initiative to coach and mentor junior positions within the team</li><li>Strong track record of maintaining ‘Business in Order’; Sales Account Manager, Well Construction

Position Summary:Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Finance, the Collections Account Representative is responsible for portfolio management and collection of high-volume accounts through application of UFA’s credit and collection policy. The Collections Account Representative will deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers for implementation, strategies and solutions. Duties will include reviewing accounts for delinquency and determining appropriate collection action, risk analysis, dispute resolution, negotiation, maintaining payment arrangements, skip tracing and closure of delinquent accounts. The focus will be to support the sales objectives while minimizing losses through positive customer relations.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:<ul><li>Accountable for the effective collection and account management of assigned accounts; ensure processes are applied consistently. Ensure that all collection calls are professional, non-threatening and respectful to the customer.</li><li>Achieve team and individual KPI measurements, including collection rate, workflow, delinquency and bad debt as defined by management.&nbsp;</li><li>Support sales objectives while safeguarding the company from undue risks. &nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with internal UFA team members and external customers to provide prompt and courteous service.</li><li>Maintain accounts within assigned lines of credit and take appropriate action where necessary by liaising with credit to determine appropriate credit limits.</li><li>Accountable to maintain minimal bad debt losses and accounts receivable aging.</li></ul> Qualifications required for the position:<ul><li>A minimum of 3 years related collection experience.</li><li>A business degree/diploma would be an asset.</li><li>Strong analytical skills; understanding billing and collections functions and credit worthiness of customers.</li><li>Strong telephone, customer service and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.</li><li>Attention to details and strong negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in an ERP environment (preferably SAP).</li></ul>#IND1 Diversity, Inclusion &amp; Belonging At UFA we care about the lives of our employees, members, customers, elected officials, and partners.
