Job SummaryThe Sales Account Manager, Well Construction is primarily responsible for establishing new key contacts among assigned and potential clients and maintaining these contacts, keeping well informed of development plans of existing clients, with a strong understanding of contract terms and provisions. They will work closely with the Sales and Sales/Business Development (SD, BD) teams in acquiring new and prospective clients and following up from the teams in regards to handover of account. &nbsp;They will be required to identify market opportunities, and work with the Technical team to grow profitability revenue for the company. They will actively contribute to the technology development and deployment, through interaction with Engineering, Sales, and clients. The successful candidate should demonstrate the following qualities: accountability, adaptability, resilience, initiative, and courage.Key Areas of Responsibility<ul><li>Maintain and develop existing and new well construction clients through appropriate&nbsp;proposals and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer&nbsp;satisfaction</li><li>Work effectively and efficiently as a team member within the sales organization</li><li>Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using&nbsp;appropriate methods to facilitate development of profitable business &amp; Sales Account Manager, Well Construction

Position Summary:Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Finance, the Collections Account Representative is responsible for portfolio management and collection of high-volume accounts through application of UFA’s credit and collection policy. The Collections Account Representative will deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers for implementation, strategies and solutions. Duties will include reviewing accounts for delinquency and determining appropriate collection action, risk analysis, dispute resolution, negotiation, maintaining payment arrangements, skip tracing and closure of delinquent accounts. The focus will be to support the sales objectives while minimizing losses through positive customer relations.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:<ul><li>Accountable for the effective collection and account management of assigned accounts; ensure processes are applied consistently. Collections Account Representative

POSITION SUMMARY The Accounts Receivable &amp; Collections Administrator monitors the accounts and credit status of customers, including:<ul><li>Ensuring timely processing of incoming customer payments</li><li>Determining customer credit worthiness</li><li>Communicating with both customers and field offices in order to expedite payment of amounts due to Strike</li><li>Reporting regularly on the aging status of customer accounts to corporate and field management</li><li>Monitoring customer invoice aging and follows up regarding approvals in a timely manner and proactively looks to address invoicing issues between the customer and field offices</li><li>Communicating issues and concerns to the appropriate level of management</li><li>Monitoring accurate invoicing processes (as required) and maintains related records</li><li>Acts as a point of contact for customers regarding invoicing and payments</li><li>Creates, distributes and maintains accounts receivable and credit reports</li><li>Issues holdback requests invoices ensuring timely completion of required documents in accordance with the contract</li><li>Monitors customer portals (Cortex, ADP, Open Invoice, etc)</li><li>Manages credit policy</li></ul>Employees are expected to support and participate in a “culture of safety”, adhere to and be ambassadors of Strike’s Code of Conduct and Values, act professional and amicable, and to treat others with dignity, respect and fairness.
