Job Summary:The Manager, Performance Analysis and Insights will lead the development and maintenance of analytical models in support of the strategic and financial outcomes for Canadian Customer Success team functions including Customer Care, Billing, Collections, Remittance, and Output Solutions. Position Summary:The Real Estate and Development group at UFA is recruiting a leader that will be responsible for all property acquisitions and divestitures done by the organization and its subsidiaries. This group is responsible for acquiring and developing properties to support the organization’s greenfield expansion goals across Western Canada. This greenfield expansion is a critical part of the organization's strategic plan and aggressive growth objectives.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Capital Projects Implementation, the Manager, Real Estate and Development will have accountability for overseeing property acquisitions (including leases, purchases, and development) and divestitures. This role will be focused on working with the business to find and execute on the purchase and development of parcels of land throughout western Canada for new builds including: petroleum sites (cardlock/bulk sites), farm and ranch retail stores, and other commercial developments. The ideal candidate for this position will combine leadership capabilities with a history real estate and development. This position closely collaborates with business development professionals as well as internal stakeholders (operations, legal, engineering, finance, others) and with brokers, purchasers and vendors.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with the business and other stakeholders to prioritize markets for land searches for new builds.
