Ensure all reconciling items are cleared.</li><li>Prepare bi-weekly cashflow reporting – input actual cashflows and update forecasts in the Group cashflow template.</li></ul>Fixed Assets<ul><li>Support in the posting of all fixed asset transactions in line with company policy.</li><li>Maintain FA continuity schedule.</li><li>Update months schedule showing funded and unfunded capex, and other reconciliation schedules.</li></ul>Accounts Payable (smaller companies)<ul><li>Post all purchase transactions.</li><li>Prepare payment run on time and send out payment advice.</li><li>Manage vendor requests, reconciliation, expense accruals.</li></ul>Accounts Receivable (smaller companies)<ul><li>Post all revenue transactions</li><li>Follow up with customers for collections on time.</li><li>Manage customer requests, reconciliation, revenue accruals.</li></ul>Month-end Responsibilities<ul><li>Post all recurring journals.</li><li>Maintain month-end work papers.</li><li>Support in preparation of monthly reporting pack for all entities.</li><li>Preparation of the balance sheet reconciliation for review.</li><li>Preparation of GST reconciliation every month for review.</li></ul>Year-end Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide support to the team before, during and after the year end audit.</li><li>Assist in preparing year end working papers for the audit.</li><li>Support with providing document as requested by the auditors.</li></ul>Other Reports<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of SRED reporting for review.</li><li>Manage full accounting cycle for smaller companies within the Group.</li></ul>Other tasks as assigned from Time to Time.Qualification and Experience<ul><li>A business degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>CPA in view.</li><li>4+ years’ related accounting experience, manufacturing experience considered an asset.</li><li>Microsoft NAV/Business Central knowledge considered an asset.</li><li>Excel and other Microsoft Office skills.</li><li>Analytical, ability to multi-task, meet tight timelines and adapt to shifting priorities</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.</li><li>Known for thinking out of the box and making recommendations for process improvements.</li></ul>We encourage all applicants who find some part or most part of this job placement a match to their skill set and career goals to apply for this role.What We Offer<ul><li>Full comprehensive benefits package including extended health and dental care</li><li>Wellness and health spending accounts</li><li>Company contribution to your Retirement Savings Plan (RSP)&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborative and energetic workplace culture&nbsp;</li><li>Opportunities for growth within the company through organizational assessments and training</li></ul>All applicants are thanked for their interest.Steelhaus Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.&nbsp;Steelhaus Technologies Inc. complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
