<h3>Description</h3>Internal Candidates - please apply by logging in to UltiPro.External&nbsp;Candidates - please apply with the Apply Now button.This is a maternity leave replacement position for approximately up to 15 months.&nbsp; This is an in office position.&nbsp; Salary Range: $48,500.00 - $52,000.00 per year plus a northern living allowanceKey position functions:<ul><li>Respond to incoming calls and direct accordingly</li><li>Process all mail and courier deliveries</li><li>Create sales orders/invoices</li><li>Create and receive stock transfers and customer property</li><li>Administer and coordinate all customer property repairs and billing</li><li>Enter service trips in daily logs and reports</li><li>Organize and assist in preparing of all field service tickets, logs and inspections</li><li>Ensure that timecards are completed and reported for processing in a timely manner</li><li>Organize and file all orders and well files</li><li>Generate and distribute specialized reports</li><li>Control/administer all inventory within branch</li><li>GL allocation for branch payables</li><li>Perform other related duties as requested</li></ul>Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:<ul><li>Office Administration Diploma</li><li>3 to 5 years of relevant office administration experience</li><li>Strong data entry skills</li><li>Basic wellhead product knowledge an asset</li><li>Computer proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook); knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP an asset</li><li>Knowledge of TimeZone and GeoTrac an asset</li><li>Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, customer service, organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Able to work independently and within a team environment</li></ul>Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is a privately owned and operated Canadian manufacturer of wellhead, production gate valve and check valve equipment.&nbsp; Since our inception in 1962, we have become a recognized leader for our superior technology, innovative designs and top quality products.We thank all applicants for their interest.
