Reporting to the VP Operations, the successful candidate will oversee the daily work activities of the office.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.</li><li>Maintains inventory of office and site supplies; orders new supplies as needed.</li><li>Coordination of IT support and setup of equipment for staff and field.</li><li>Provides administrative support such as:</li><li>Tracking Fleet</li><li>Track Staff Driver Timesheets</li><li>Weekly Payroll Administration</li><li>Weekly Meal Sheet Tracking</li><li>Organizing permits for Alberta road usage and Alberta Health Services</li><li>Answering phones as required, preparing documents.</li><li>Track all staff runs, grocery &amp; linen deliveries, vacation days, weekly field activity, etc</li><li>Schedule grocery trucks for start-ups and shut-downs.</li><li>Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.</li><li>Social Media and website management.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
