A major oil and gas company is seeking a full-time Administrative Professional for a short-term assignment at their Grande Prairie office. This role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and oil and gas industry experience.Key Responsibilities:Maintain positive working relationships with both field and office personnelPrioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks efficientlyPerform general administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detailMonitor systems including GeoTab and BlacklineAssist with Open Invoice processesProvide support to Accounts Payable as neededQualifications:Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience in the oil and gas industryProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong verbal and written communication skillsPost-secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration is preferredComfortable interacting with the public, internal staff, and stakeholdersAble to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environmentHighly organized, detail-oriented, and accurateStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
