The Senior ERP and Corporate Applications, Systems Analyst will provide support and operational solutions to Calfrac’s corporate business functions.&nbsp;Duties&nbsp;include functional and technical solution work for finance functions, forecasting analytics, HRM management, Supply Chain management, transportation management, asset management, and data integration capabilities. This is an outcome-focused role. The role will incorporate both hands-on solutions delivery, vendor management, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to design long term IT strategies. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:<ul><li>The Senior Systems Analyst role is responsible for the successful delivery of solutions &amp; benefits realization, and a high level of user adoption of corporate business applications.</li><li>Responsible to develop, maintain and provide senior level support for the ERP, corporate enterprise systems, and related integrations.</li><li>Proactively seek out and apply enhancements to operations, support, and project tasks that deliver measurable business value and results.</li><li>Develop and automate data processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information with minimal manual effort.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with IT and business stakeholders on solution delivery, support, and business relationship matters.</li><li>Responsible to ensure appropriately detailed project plans and change management plans are prepared in a manner that is consistent with the IT service management framework.</li></ul>KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES:<ul><li>This person is predisposed to action and is a self-starter who is works effectively in a fast paced, project-driven, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining a strong focus on delivering quality solutions and service.</li><li>Ability to independently gather and formally document requirements from business stakeholders, document functional and technical specifications and scope documents.</li><li>Senior level problem-solving skills, as demonstrated in recent work history.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across multiple levels of the organization, with the ability to challenge assumptions tactfully based on solid business and technical acumen.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience to create understanding.</li><li>High degree of business acumen and an ability to understand operational use cases</li><li>Superior organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and compliance to corporate and audit policies.</li></ul>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or Finance or a combination of education and relevant experience.</li><li>Certification in Finance or Accounting is considered an asset.</li><li>Minimum 8 years experience in ERP management and corporate systems.</li><li>5 years technical and functional experience with Oracle Cloud solution.</li><li>Experience with Oracle configuration and integration technologies is considered an asset.</li></ul> We would like to thank all applicants for applying to this role but only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

This includes data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes</li><li>ETL Processes: Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to extract data from diverse sources, transform it into suitable formats, and load it into data warehouses or analytical systems</li><li>Implement and optimize semantic models to enhance data accessibility and performance.</li><li>Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models to address business challenges and improve decision-making processes.</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data engineering, AI/ML and cloud platforms to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.</li><li>Monitor and fine-tune the data platform to enhance performance and efficiency, especially for large-scale data sets</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes and maintaining high levels of system reliability and user satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure Compliance and Standardization in Reporting: Implement and follow governance policies and standards for reporting and analytics throughout the analytics process</li><li>Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and methodologies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years proven experience</li><li>Cloud Solutions Expert, experienced with tools such as Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, API’s and Power BI.</li><li>Proficiency in creating complex data models and generating reports using Power BI.</li><li>Strong SQL and database management skills.</li><li>Big Data Tools, expert at scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Apache Spark, MLFlow) for automation, ETL and integrations</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to manage priorities through demand planning</li><li>Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, meeting timelines</li></ul>#IND1You and UFA.
