Black Diamond places great importance on recognizing and rewarding strong performance and provides an exciting and stimulating work environment.The appropriate candidate for this role will be a pro-active, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, deadline driven, fast-paced team environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Update and maintain the accuracy of the monthly consolidated financial statement model along with the long term 5-year model.</li><li>Gain a thorough understanding of internal reporting requirements and complete monthly internal P&amp;L reports.</li><li>Prepare and interpret trend analysis for key financial statement items.</li><li>Prepare key performance indicators analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the forecasting, budgeting, and planning process, including report and graph generation.</li><li>Assist in creation of presentation workbooks and materials for upper management.</li><li>Assist in developing new processes for quarterly forecast process. This position will be based out of Calgary, Alberta but we are open to considering internal candidates in other locations.&nbsp;Reporting to the Manager, Operation Accounting, the Operations Accounting Analyst will support the Modular Space Solutions (MSS) Business Unit as the division takes on implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.&nbsp;&nbsp; The Operations Accounting Analyst - ERP is accountable for aiding the Business Unit with accounting functions, detailed analysis, month-end, reporting and budget &amp; forecasts.&nbsp;The successful candidate is a collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and solid judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks and train and support the Business Unit.
