The primary duties include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Provide technical guidance on the management of contaminated sites, largely in the upstream oil and gas sector</li><li>Provide senior technical review on regulatory, environmental monitoring, and closure reports</li><li>Technical leader on Environmental Site Assessments, including remediation projects</li><li>Develop Environmental Site Assessment plans, including remedial action plans</li><li>Review technical reports</li><li>Mentor junior and intermediate staff</li><li>Some field responsibilities such as site visits and providing guidance to field personnel</li><li>Participation in company and client-specific health and safety programs</li></ul><h2>Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>10+ years environmental experience in the upstream oil and gas sector</li><li>Professional sign off on contaminated sites work in Alberta and Saskatchewan</li><li>Thorough understanding of the regulations and processes for contaminated sites management in Alberta and Saskatchewan</li><li>Experience with Tier 2 guideline development, both pathway exclusion and site-specific guideline adjustments</li><li>Subsoil Salinity Tool experience and certification is considered an asset</li><li>Experience in human health or ecological risk assessments is considered an asset</li><li>Knowledge and experience with Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act approvals</li><li>Strong communication and technical writing skills</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, including Teams</li></ul>The following are considered an asset<ul><li>Experience in rightsholder consultation (including regulatory consultation)</li><li>Hydrogeology experience</li><li>Consulting experience</li><li>Experience with OneStop, particularly with record of site condition submissions</li></ul><h2>Company Info:</h2>Summit, An Earth Services Company has become the industry leader in the environmental services sector with operations in Canada, the United States, and Australia. Senior Technical Specialist

Position Summary:Reporting to the Store Manager, the&nbsp;Yard Shipper / Receiver&nbsp;is responsible to efficiently, effectively and accurately receive products into the designated UFA location; place in appropriate storage locations; pick, pack and ship same for outbound orders to all customers. Assist in all other functions as required. Must adhere to all UFA customer service standards. This includes ensuring that member / customers are promptly and efficiently served; inventory is received, shipped and handled in an accurate and safe manner, and equipment is maintained.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:<ul><li>Participate in all aspects of the shipping/receiving/inventory functions, accountable for accurate daily completion of all receiving, shipping, inventory control and administrative / IFS requirements; ensure excellent service is provided to all customers.</li><li>Perform maintenance on inventory or cycle counts, as directed.</li><li>Operate all materials handling equipment. Assist in forklift and equipment maintenance.</li><li>Load and unload trucks. Follow UFA loading and unloading procedures to ensure products are safely secured.</li><li>Conduct location inventory in prescribed manner. Maintain yard and warehouse appearance as assigned, and in compliance with UFA safety regulations and operational standards.</li><li>Responsible for “Own the Aisle” area of assigned responsibility in yard to ensure merchandising and inventory standards are consistently maintained.</li><li>Make deliveries when required.</li></ul>Qualifications required for the position:<ul><li>Grade 12 diploma with 1 - 2 years of related experience or equivalent may be 3 - 5 years related experience without grade 12 diploma.</li><li>Warehouse/Yard and forklift experience.</li><li>Capable of physical labour; capable of lifting up to 25 kg.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency required as may be cross trained on POS system. Previous cash handling experiences an asset.</li><li>Good communication skills both verbal and written.</li><li>Must remain current with any and all required certifications, including WHMIS and TDG.</li><li>Flexible to accommodate shift work.</li></ul>Is a safety sensitive position as will be on site at UFA facilities and will be using UFA material handling equipment. Yard Shipper/Receiver

Position Summary:Reporting to the&nbsp;Store Manager, the&nbsp;Receiver&nbsp;is directly responsible to accurately receive all saleable and non-saleable merchandise into the store and coordinates all outgoing shipments. Communicates merchandise arrival to store team to ensure appropriate turnaround time of stock and organizes freight to the sales floor.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:<ul><li>Verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing product and corresponding documents as per company policy</li><li>Responsible for scanning and verifying all received product against the packing slip.</li><li>Accountable for the input and integrity of appropriate back end paperwork.
