They are driven, prioritize innovation, integrity, and fostering long-lasting relationships to ensure continued success.</p><h2><strong>Work Environment</strong></h2><p>The role of Field Sales Representative is structured as a full-time position, working <i>5 days a week, 40-hours.&nbsp;</i>&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>A Day in The Life</strong></h2><ul><li>Liaise with company management, staff, and clients to identify and develop new opportunities and projects for the Waste Management group.</li><li>Manage sales activities across British Columbia.</li><li>Engage with all SECURE service lines in the region and lead the preparation and submission of proposals and quotations.</li><li>Collect market data to identify new opportunities and develop market strategies.</li><li>Represent SECURE at tradeshows, conferences, and client meetings.</li><li>Promote Health, Safety, and Environment standards, conducting site visits to support safety culture and gather marketing materials.</li></ul><h2><strong>Skills, Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li>2-4 years in the waste services industry and experience with sales, business development, and client relations.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required.</li><li>Self-Starter and the ability to time manage a large territory.</li><li>Experience in preparing and submitting quotation and bid proposals would be an asset.</li><li>An understanding of waste services opportunities &amp; operations</li><li>SECURE prides itself in our ability to function both as a cohesive team and our staff’s ability to work independently.
