Planning:Define a regional strategy and implement its execution for years one, two, and three.Identify and develop strategic account plans leveraging another channel partner (internal and external) resources.Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and key operators across major Canadian basins (e.g., Montney, Duvernay, Oil Sands, and Northeast AB/BC).Leverage knowledge of provincial methane-reduction frameworks, including Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) Directive 060 and British Columbia Energy Regulator (BCER) methane-emission regulations under the Drilling and Production Regulation.Align our emissions solutions with provincial methane-reduction targets, helping customers meet or exceed compliance requirements through technology adoption and data-driven monitoring.Drive sales through direct customer relationships, distributors, and through other ChampionX (SLB) entities.Work closely with the organization to ensure that product strategies and performance are meeting growth and Annual Operating Plan targets.Work closely with Technology development to understand pros and cons of various technical approaches.Partner and Channel Development:Build strategic partnerships with Canadian industry organizations, measurement service providers, and channel partners to accelerate deployment of emissions and monitoring technologies.Collaborate with internal ChampionX and SLB commercial teams to bundle emissions-management, automation, and production-optimization offerings tailored to Canadian operator needs.Conduct market assessments to determine best channel and strategy to sell our solutions.Identify and develop go to market channels for deeper market penetration.Design and deliver effective contracts, collateral and training programs for partners and channels.ExecutionArticulate value story, technology, and product positioning to both business and technical usersExcellent communication skills that convey conviction and depth in our value proposition.Create incremental demand, opportunities, and close orders.Maintain expert level of product and application knowledge regarding atmospheric sciences.Meet regional sales goal targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.Actively manage channel partners effectiveness, prospecting, closing, forecasting, and KPI’s by using a metrics-based approach to report progress and highlight potential roadblocks with proposed mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts, and correspondence in company approved databases through our Salesforce CRMOther duties as required.Maintains confidentiality of all matters.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Atmospheric Sciences, Business or related field, minimum of five years’ experience in Oil &amp; Gas segment with strategic connections with Operators in Canada.Ability to multitask.Strong attention to detail.Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems).Salesforce (or other CRM) Experience and Oracle.Ability to work without direct supervision.Collaborative attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.Availability for inter-regional trave 60-80%.Service oriented attitude.Preferred Qualifications:5 years in a similar sales position.Established network with upstream and midstream operators, engineering firms, and industry associations active in methane management (e.g., CAPP, PTAC, CRIN).Familiarity with methane-emission regulatory programs led by AER (Alberta) and BCER (British Columbia), and with regional reporting standards.Proven ability to drive revenue growth through methane detection, flare/vent reduction, or ESG performance solutions within the Canadian oil &amp;
