Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous optimization efforts.</li><li>Governance &amp; Documentation: Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures for the CI/CD process. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all tools and workflows.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Experience:<ul><li>7+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), proven experience mentoring and leading a technical team, demonstrable experience architecting, building, and managing complex CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-scale applications.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>CI/CD Tools: Proficiency with at least one major CI/CD server like GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.</li><li>Containerization &amp; Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms Kubernetes.</li><li>Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.</li><li>Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and services related to compute, networking, and storage.</li><li>Scripting &amp; Programming: Proficiency Linux Bash/Shell, Windows PowerShell, or Python.</li><li>Version Control: Mastery of Git and common branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow).</li><li>Monitoring &amp; Logging: Experience with monitoring and observability tools Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana.</li><li>Databases: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database deployment and management concepts.</li></ul><h2>Leadership &amp; Soft Skills:</h2><ul><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>Proven ability to drive change and implement best practices across teams.</li><li>A passion for automation and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Education &amp; Certifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.</li></ul>Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
