Job Summary:The Customer Service Representative is responsible for administering all sales related processes associated with telephone, fax, e-mail and internal traffic.&nbsp; They will have to closely liaise with customers regarding supply of spare parts.&nbsp; They may on occasion assist with the warehouse duties.Essential Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify parts and part numbers that customers are requesting.</li><li>Process customer inquiries, submit quotations on a timely fashion and process sales orders.</li><li>Generating sales order from telephone calls, Fax and E-mail requests.</li><li>Monitoring the flow of documentation and products to ensure products are received by the warehouse personnel in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure orders are professionally taken care by working closely with the warehouse, buyer, manufacturer, customer, and customer’s freight forwarder.</li><li>Following up on the order status and updating customers.</li><li>Works closely with the warehouse in preparation of Shipping Documents particularly customs export documentation etc.</li><li>Working closely with others in the team and ensure customers get quotes properly reflecting NOV’s integrity and consistency.</li><li>Quotation and Order files are well maintained with necessary info, per company policies and procedures.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualification Requirements (Minimum Education and Experience):<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)</li></ul>Technical Requirements (software or program knowledge needed):<ul><li>Microsoft Office &amp; Outlook</li><li>ERP system</li></ul>Preferred method of application and to view all opportunities visit:&nbsp; <a href="https://www.nov.com/Careers" target="_blank">https://www.nov.com/Careers</a>NOV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination or Harassment of Any Kind: NOV is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunities for everyone and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
