To be successful you should consider yourself a strong leader and communicator, enjoy mentoring your team, and be creative when it comes to problem solving.</p><h4>Make a Difference</h4><ul><li>Coordinate and complete vegetation management and Detailed Site Assessments (DSAs) assessing landscape, soils, and vegetation</li><li>Complete and/or manage Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)</li><li>Coordinate and execute remediation and reclamation programs</li><li>Maintain project schedules and budgets</li><li>Provide technical expertise for reclamation programs</li><li>Collaborate with team members to execute remediation and reclamation projects in surrounding area</li><li>Create reclamation work plans and reclamation reporting/review as a professional</li><li>Review and interpret analytical results</li><li>Foster a culture committed to HSE excellence every day</li></ul><h4><br>Utilize Your Education and Expertise</h4><ul><li>Undergraduate degree or diploma in environmental science or land reclamation</li><li>Registration with or ability to register with a professional body</li><li>3-6 years of field experience with ESAs, soil sampling, groundwater monitoring, site remediation, and reclamation</li><li>Knowledge of environmental regulations and guidelines</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical writing skills</li><li>Motivated by a commitment to excellence and a strong sense of accountability</li><li>Emphasis on team accomplishments over individual success</li><li>Keen attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrated cost control processes</li><li>Good sense of humour and strong admiration of mullet culture is an asset</li></ul><h4><br>Share in our Values</h4><p>We look for people who have shared values when we add new members to the 360 team.
