Stream-Flo Industries Ltd.&nbsp;is currently seeking a full-time permanent HSE Administrator to work in Edmonton, AB. This position will report to the Vice President of HSE and will provide complete HSE Administration for the HSE Department, as well as proving key administration duties to the Health Center and the Occupational Health Nurse.Work Conditions:<ul><li>Monday to Friday, 8 hour days</li><li>Flexible work hours available after 6 months of employment</li></ul>Key position functions:<ul><li>Manages all health, safety and environment (HSE) Registries databases (ISN, Comply Works etc.) for Canadian and USA operations.</li><li>Maintains HSE records and statistics.</li><li>Maintains and controls the distribution of all HSE manuals and related documents.</li><li>Schedules, prepares and assists with the General Safety Orientation.</li><li>Maintains the OneFlo HSE page.</li><li>Processes all account payables for the HSE Department.</li><li>Attends all HSE meetings and takes notes as well as distributing all meeting minutes as required.</li><li>Maintains all HSE training records and notifies Managers/workers of training requirements and or deficiencies.</li><li>Maintains HSE Learning Management System.</li><li>Schedules all third-party training.</li><li>Oversees the Heads Up for Hazards monthly newsletter.</li><li>Completes HSE questionnaires for bid packages or other client requests for information.</li><li>Maintains the Incident Reporting and Management system and ensures all serious/major incident actions are closed out and communicated as required.</li><li>Assists in the role of Emergency Coordinator for all drills and emergencies.</li><li>Orders and maintains supplies for the HSE department (H&amp;S Pocketbook, office supplies etc.) and Health Center (first aid/medical/office supplies).</li><li>Assists with internal and external audits.</li><li>Assists Occupational Health Nurse with coordinating various medical testing/wellness programs (audio tests/flu shots/BP clinics etc.).</li><li>Performs other related HSE duties as assigned.</li></ul>Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:<ul><li>Related post-secondary certificate and/or diploma in office administration an asset.</li><li>Two to three years office administration experience with a minimum of one year in an HSE environment.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.</li><li>Working understanding of client vender systems such as ISNetworld, PIC’s or Comply Works is an asset.</li><li>Working understanding of Incident Management databases an asset.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have excellent communication (oral and written), time management and&nbsp;organizational skills.</li><li>Detail and results oriented with the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines in a high paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to work within a team environment.</li><li>Ability to appropriately handle highly confidential information and situations.</li></ul>Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is a privately owned and operated Canadian manufacturer of wellhead, production gate valve and check valve equipment.&nbsp; Since our inception in 1962, we have become a recognized leader for our superior technology, innovative designs and top quality products.We thank all applicants for their interest.
