<h3>Description</h3>Stream-Flo Group.&nbsp;is currently seeking a full-time permanent C-Level Executive Assistant to work in&nbsp;Edmonton, AB.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide intuitive administrative support to the President &amp; CEO (President), CFO.</li><li>Ensure direct reports of President deliver materials on a monthly or required basis.</li><li>Organization and completion of board report requirements; including all note recording and follow up management.</li><li>Secure and control all travel arrangements and Visa work permit requested.</li><li>Over-sight and support of all international guests.</li><li>Minute meetings and track actions for executive meetings.</li><li>Complete SAP (ERP reports as required for the Team).</li><li>Support the Chairman of the Board and any Board requirements including travel and other needs.</li><li>Over-site and manage supervision Reception/Switchboard/ Records Management.</li></ul>Duties Include:<ul><li>Maintain the complex daily calendar of the President:<ul><li>Pro-actively Organize and expedite office workload, co-ordinate meetings and schedule appointments.</li><li>Serve as key liaison between the President and the Senior Managers.</li><li>Prepare confidential documentation and general correspondence as required.</li><li>Responsible for President and Executive travel arrangements.&nbsp; Initiate and maintain required travel visas as needed.</li><li>Create effective presentations for meetings as required.</li><li>Co-ordinate department files and records.</li><li>Co-ordinate the relocation of employees including office arrangements.</li></ul></li><li>Ability to travel for Board Meetings and executive retreats on occasion.</li><li>Coordinate Presidents/CEO activities to ensure no conflict.</li><li>Support the Chairman of the Board as appropriate.</li><li>Knowledge in International business travel and protocols.</li><li>Provide administrative support to other senior managers as required.</li><li>Handle any and all other needs of the Board and the President, CFO.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>5 - 8 years’ experience in a senior administration role is required</li><li>Post-secondary in Accounting, Legal or Administration/Business is required</li><li>Board report and document presentations experience is required</li><li>Financial acumen preferred.</li><li>Some lease related legal experience preferred.</li><li>SAP experience would be preferred.</li><li>Multi-lingual is preferred.</li><li>Advanced skills in Word, MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Onboard, Xero</li><li>Advanced written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Very self-motivated and able to work under general supervision.</li><li>Able to maintain utmost confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to multitask.</li></ul>What Stream-Flo Group Offers You:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package, including a RRSP matching program, profit-sharing program, and health &amp; dental package</li><li>Work with an international company with roots of a family-owned business</li><li>Positive working environment with a “big family” feel.</li><li>Be a partner in helping our oil and gas customers around the world meet their most challenging flow management requirements.</li></ul>We thank all applicants for their interest.
