The Facility Administrator will have a general knowledge of the paperwork flow of the facility and will be able to direct inquiries and problems that arise. The Facility Administrator will be required to complete tasks as delegated by Facility Manager or Lead Facility Administrator.&nbsp;Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time, permanent role entailing a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, supporting both our Fox Creek and Judy Creek facilities.A Day in The LifeThe responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Demonstrating ownership of group vision and culture</li><li>Providing knowledgeable and courteous customer service to all clients and co-workers</li><li>Maintaining professional office appearance and ensuring adequate inventory supplies</li><li>Assisting with any template/document generation that may be required from Operations</li><li>Assisting the marketers, as required</li><li>Responsible for daily ticket entry and troubleshooting problem tickets</li><li>Assisting the Lead Administrator with the administration and maintenance of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll</li><li>Conducting general office administration:</li><li>Filing, scanning, handling incoming/outgoing mail, updating phone and contact lists</li><li>Assisting the Lead Administrator with meeting all facility month end timelines and facility sign off</li><li>Assisting the Lead Administrator with safety tracking</li><li>Fulfilling any other administrative functions, as required</li></ul>Skills, Experience, &amp; QualificationsThe individual in this role will have:<ul><li>Administration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset</li><li>Minimum 1-year experience in administrative role</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Adobe, and Access</li><li>Good time management and organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure, meet demanding deadlines and multiple changing priorities</li><li>Excellent teamwork and team building skills</li><li>Reliable with strong work ethic</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills</li></ul>What’s in it for you:At SECURE, we focus on opportunities for growth and improvement; for our employees, our customers, our partners, and the communities we operate in.
