POSITION SUMMARYThe Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions.PROJECT DETAILS<ul><li>Northern Alberta</li><li>14 days on/7 days off rotation</li><li>The successful candidate will be required to travel to our High Level, AB office for initial training</li></ul>CORE&nbsp;ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>General Administration/Communication:&nbsp;Represent Strike in person, on the phone and through electronic communications.</li><li>Payroll:&nbsp;Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor &amp; client.</li><li>Document Control: Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation on continual basis throughout project.</li><li>Controls:&nbsp;Track and maintain progress tracking tools and curves; Establish and maintain Trend/Change order log; Verify budget revisions, trends, and change orders prior to Project Management sign off; Project reporting (tracking of baseline versus actual vs. forecast) for Management/Client review</li><li>Purchasing:&nbsp;Issue purchase orders, track incoming invoices and ensure alignment with job/project costs.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>5+ years administrative/Project Controls experience an asset.</li><li>Experience with document control</li><li>Experience within the oilfield and or construction industry is considered an asset.</li><li>Strong Skills with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX an asset</li></ul>APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES&nbsp;<ul><li>Willing to take initiative and work independently</li><li>Be open-minded and eager to be challenged</li><li>Possess a problem solving and critical thinking attitude</li><li>Effective written, oral, and peer-to-peer communication skills</li><li>Detail oriented work ethic</li><li>Willing to take direction from team members</li><li>Ability to work cooperatively with peers</li><li>High energy and positive individual</li></ul>Why work for Strike:Based in Western Canada with a head office in Calgary, Alberta, we provide energy and industrial construction and maintenance services across the largest geographical area in Canada.&nbsp;At Strike we continuously demonstrate leadership, drive, creativity, and initiative.
