ROFS is looking to optimize our team with people who are dedicated to highly efficient operations, prompting improvements on location, committed to personal and professional growth in addition to benefitting from high-stake rewards in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>ROFS is committed to strong planning, clear communications, and attention to detail promoting us to be a top leader in the global energy industry differentiating us from competitors.&nbsp;</p><p>Provide assistance to crew and supervisors / management with duties in the field and shop.</p><h3>Duties and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Have or acquire a class 3 licence with Q endorsement&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work on a 24 hour on call basis&nbsp;</li><li>Complete driver evaluation&nbsp;</li><li>Complete basic safety courses&nbsp;</li><li>Complete customer safety courses as required&nbsp;</li><li>Complete appropriate paperwork and submit in a timely manner&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain required safety, operational and regulatory documentation as required&nbsp;</li><li>Perform pre / post trips on units&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a log book and other required documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Perform hot shots when required&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with cleaning shop, yard and equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Keep wireline units stocked with supplies&nbsp;</li><li>Perform regular maintenance on wireline trucks and auxiliary equipment (under supervision)&nbsp;</li><li>Rig in / rig out lubricator,&nbsp;logging&nbsp;tools,&nbsp;sheaves&nbsp;and other equipment&nbsp;as required&nbsp;</li><li>Assist loading perforating guns (under supervision and upon completion of required training)&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and operate&nbsp;various meters&nbsp;(megohmmeter,&nbsp;simpson, digital /&nbsp;fluke, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Learn how to disassemble&nbsp;and service&nbsp;various rope sockets&nbsp;/ cablehead&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge of&nbsp;pressure control equipment and tools&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Give proper crane hand signals as per advanced driver training&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of basic wellbore mechanics and design (size)&nbsp;</li><li>Differentiate between sweet and sour well operations&nbsp;</li><li>Install tire chains&nbsp;(under supervision)&nbsp;</li><li>Mix&nbsp;oilwell&nbsp;cement&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h3><ul><li>Ability to follow instruction&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates a positive attitude&nbsp;and qualities of a team player&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Education and Experience</h3><ul><li>18 years of age&nbsp;</li><li>Successful completion of the pre-hire testing (physical / hearing test / drug screen)&nbsp;</li></ul><p>We offer competitive Salaries, Living Allowance, Job Bonus' and have a great Employee Referral Program.</p>
