In this role, proper supervision and training of Operators is a high priority. The Lead Operator is responsible for leading the operators in a healthy, safe, and environmentally responsible manner that is aligned with the corporate vision, mission, and values. Additionally, it is imperative that all employees are given appropriate guidance to ensure that each individual Operator and the facility is operating at a high caliber of efficiency.
