Like a diamond we look for people who will grow stronger and shine brighter in a fast pace and challenging environment.We have a full-time position for a Fleet Administrator at our BOXX Modular branch in Prince George, BC&nbsp;Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Fleet Administrator will be responsible for coordinating servicing and maintenance with external vendors, managing our fleet inventory, and performing inspections, among other duties. This role will require administrative work inside, as well as inspection work outdoors in all weather. Our fleet assets include rentable and leasable relocatable modular structures.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Maintain the transportation calendar and make arrangements with vendor for transport and install/dismantle of both units leaving and returning to the branch – includes PO’s and BOL’s to vendors</li><li>Contacting customers and vendors for daily scheduling.</li><li>Maintain Fleet Activity Report</li><li>Coordinate billing with CA</li><li>Coordinate transport of all fleet units from manufacturer to branch – including tracking and&nbsp;creating PO’s and BOL’s.</li><li>Manage and update new fleet production schedule for offline dates in order for transport to be coordinated.</li><li>Ensuring transport company has all required paperwork</li><li>Ensure BOL’s are returned by transport company signed</li><li>Monitor any warranty items on fleet units with manufacturer</li><li>Monitoring daily fleet activity – ensure units have moved as scheduled in and out of yard.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fleet count reports and water intrusion reports</li><li>Some travel may be required to remote sites (yards) other office locations</li><li>Fleet and Materials Inventory Maintenance</li><li>QC on trailers on outbound</li><li>AFT’s – Approval For Transfer – doing all required paperwork to transfer units from branch to branch as required – monitoring fleet asset locations</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Previous experience in administration, logistics coordination, or a related role in an operationally focused work environment.</li><li>An expert problem-solver who thrives on bringing calm to chaos, being able to think calmly and clearly during challenging situations to de-escalate and provide effective solutions.</li><li>Friendly, personable, and capable of building strong, positive and respectful relationships with clients and colleagues.</li><li>Proficiency in computer skills in MS Office, with experience in SAP, NetSuite and SalesForce an asset.</li><li>A post-secondary certificate or degree in business administration or a related field is an asset but not required.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.&nbsp;</li></ul>BOXX Modular (Canada) is a business unit of Black Diamond Group.
