Roska DBO Inc. is currently recruiting for a&nbsp;Fabrication Shop Foreman&nbsp;to work out of our head office located in Grande Prairie, AB. &nbsp; &nbsp; POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp; The Fabrication Shop Foreman plays a critical role in ensuring the successful and safe completion of day-to-day tasks in the fabrication shop, working closely with the Coordinator to meet operational goals. This position requires a balance of strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on involvement to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all activities. The successful candidate will lead by example, mentor team members, and maintain a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.&nbsp; CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;<ul><li>Serve as a mentor and leader, bringing strong experience and qualifications to guide team members in the Oil &amp; Gas Industry.</li><li>Demonstrate a strong customer focus in a service-driven environment.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and detailed plans accurately.</li><li>Supervise and assist hydro testing, pipefitting, and welding personnel with material and job preparations, including bolt-up and assembly of process piping, valves, and associated components.</li><li>Oversee shipping and receiving of materials while maintaining accurate inventory control.</li><li>Assist in receiving materials and equipment, ensuring all paperwork is completed properly.</li><li>Help maintain and organize a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in the shop and yard.</li><li>Assist in maintaining Roska rental equipment and mobile yard equipment.</li></ul> REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Must pass a pre-employment Drug &amp; Alcohol Test</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills</li><li>Class 5 driver’s license with clean drivers abstract</li><li>Comprehension and compliance of all safety procedures</li><li>Must have a good handle on the use of power and hand tools (drills, impacts, wrenches, etc).</li><li>A disciplined work ethic and ability to take initiative as well as accept direction</li><li>Remain alert, and maintain a high level of concentration along with problem solving skills</li><li>Capable of working in both a team and individual environment</li><li>Physically fit and capable of long hours</li><li>Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.</li><li>Ability and certification operating small equipment such as forklift and skid-steer would be an asset.</li></ul> Roska DBO Inc. is a customer-focused operations company with a 30 year track record offering expertise in production and equipment solutions on well sites and facilities.
