We are excited about the opportunities ahead and the success of BJ Energy Solutions, focused on solidifying our reputation by delivering quality services safely, achieving sustainability of our business, and demonstrating our new TITAN fracturing technology as a true differentiator.We connect our company strategies to our four core principles and drive these principles into the heart of our operations.As a result of these growth strategies, we are looking to hire skilled and talented team members based in Clairmont, Alberta.BJ Energy Solution offers our field operations team members a Northern Living or Commuter Subsidy.Fracturing Operations<ul><li>May be responsible for driving and operating Fracturing equipment</li><li>Maintains fluid pumps by performing minor repairs and by changing parts</li><li>Utilizes Remote Panel by manipulating gears and throttles to control the speed and pressure at which fluids are pumped</li><li>Monitors control panels to gauge pressure, flow, revolutions per minute (RPMs), and other diagnostic information of equipment</li><li>With guidance from Supervisors, adjusts increase / decrease fluid pressure and flow as required</li><li>Completes load / off-load paperwork as needed.</li><li>Performs rigging in / out duties for fracturing equipment for service; contributes to safe rigging operations during and after service delivery</li><li>Lifts, carries, and moves iron pipes and fracturing equipment to / from trucks and well site</li><li>Aligns, assembles, and disassembles iron and fracturing pieces.</li><li>Maintains truck and equipment to BJ Energy Solutions standards, and ensures all equipment, including personal protective equipment, is in proper working order.</li><li>Pre &amp; Post trip inspections</li><li>Performs routine maintenance on fracturing equipment</li><li>Troubleshoots any problems with equipment and ensures damaged or defective parts get repaired</li><li>Completes required paperwork and submits it to the appropriate parties accurately and on time</li><li>Maintains BJ Energy Solutions Safety Standards always: shop, yard, location and while traveling.</li><li>Reports all hazards or potentially hazardous situations, accidents, incidents, and injuries immediately to supervisor.</li><li>Attends weekly Safety Meetings.</li><li>All other duties assigned</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS &nbsp;<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>At least 21 years old</li><li>Have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li><li>Class 1 License preferred but not required</li><li>Previous Fracturing experience preferred</li><li>Demonstration of competence with Fracturing pumps and equipment preferred</li><li>Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Transport of Dangerous Goods (TDG), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work a work schedule of 16 days on, 12 days off</li></ul>BJ Energy Solutions offers the successful candidate on-the-job training and mentoring, a comprehensive benefits package available on your first day of employment, a 16 &amp; 12 work schedule, Northern Living or Commuter Subsidy, and competitive compensation.
