It ensures alignment of tools, templates, and policies across regions and functions to drive operational consistency&nbsp;Leads global governance boards to review changes, deviations, and performance metrics. The Director of CoE is responsible for auditing compliance with standardized processes, policies, and KPIs, and reporting results to executive leadershipDefines and delivers training and coaching programs, maintains a living repository of job aids and FAQs, and supports onboarding and upskilling of planning teams. It champions knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the organization&nbsp;Owns the Blue Yonder (BY) environments, or any Functional Digital Platforms and defines the purpose and adoption strategy for each. Ensures data quality, manages master data governance, and supports teams with reporting and remediation plans for inconsistencies&nbsp;Implements and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory turns, and service levels. It uses these metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive accountability&nbsp;As a change leader, leads transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, capability rollouts, and organizational redesigns. It works closely with senior leaders to align transformation objectives and ensure adoption of new ways of working&nbsp;Manages relationships with senior leadership, regional teams, and functional heads to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
