ERP Business Process Lead

Human Resources Recruiter/Coordinator - Temporary Assignment

Experience managing diverse HR teams.</li><li>Proven ability to provide oversight to large organizations with multiple business lines and jurisdictions. Experience working within oil and gas or manufacturing would be an asset.</li><li>Charted Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation is an asset.</li><li>Broad range of experience in multiple HR disciplines (recruitment, compensation, employee relations, policy development, talent management, learning and development, etc.).</li><li>Proven industry related experience in order to make sound recommendations regarding HR strategy to the Executive Team.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create clear written communications on behalf of management and/or the company.</li><li>Proven problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
