As our Account Manager you will be responsible for driving and supporting the growth of our business by identifying and evaluating opportunities for customer driven solutions that are cost effective. This individual will help define key business opportunities for Secure Energy Services Production Chemical business line.This role will support the Stettler, Hanna and Consort Alberta Area.The TeamThe Production Chemical business group comprises dedicated professionals who excel in one-on-one sales engagements. The team is adept in problem solving and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, each member embodies a strong work ethic and a proactive “get up and work” mentality, ensuring unparalleled service delivery and customer support.Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position, supporting the surrounding areas of Stettler, Hanna and Consort Alberta.A Day in The LifeThe responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;<ul><li>Develops strategies for maximizing the account’s profitability while creating, implementing, and managing an account plan in conjunction with the business plan.</li><li>Maintaining inventory levels, ordering and delivering products to site as required</li><li>Sources business opportunities</li><li>Continually assess customer service levels to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.</li><li>Meets with customers/potential customers to execute sales personally to develop, foster, and nurture strong client relationships through ongoing contact and follow-up.</li><li>Institutes programs to identify potential customers and ability to make cold sales calls.</li><li>Proactively determines current and future customer needs.</li><li>Continually learning new information and developing new strategies</li><li>Providing weekly updates to sales, operations and technical department about customer activity, plans and future business.</li><li>Use of basic lab equipment to test and qualify products to be used in field programs.</li><li>Community relations</li></ul>
