Whenever possible, the initiatives and organizations we undertake to promote and support fall into the following categories: Environment, Education, Indigenous, Social Services, Arts &amp; Culture and Community Sport.COMPENSATION:<ul><li>Competitive Hourly Wages plus Overtime when applicable</li><li>Travel Allowance paid based on home location</li><li>Hotel accommodation provided at work base</li><li>Health and Dental Benefits effective day 1 of employment</li><li>Vacation Pay</li><li>Meal allowance up to $50/day while out of District</li><li>RRSP Matching – day one</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - provided to each new hire specific to each position</li></ul>SCHEDULE:<ul><li>Rotational:&nbsp;Two (2) weeks on; two (2) weeks off (14 days on; 14 days off)</li><li>Shop and Field positions</li></ul>&nbsp;EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Journeyman Heavy Duty or Millwright Certification required</li><li>4-5 years of related experience</li><li>Successful completion of the Interprovincial Journeyman Red Seal program is preferred</li><li>Certified to complete CVIP / DOT inspections would be considered an asset</li><li>Unrestricted Class 5 driver’s license with satisfactory driver’s abstract</li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred</li></ul>Previous experience as a heavy duty mechanic, heavy duty mechanic-apprentice, oil and gas, Oil &amp; gas, energy services, mechanic, apprentice, journeyperson, journeyperson heavy duty, millwright, red seal, Interprovincial Journeyman, is an asset.&nbsp;
