Upholding such values, promoted by our people, separates us from competitors as a top provider of services to the global energy industry.</p><p><strong>Position Summary –</strong> The Human Resource&nbsp;Coordinator helps with facilitation of human resource processes and provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.</p><h3>Duties and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks including overseeing employee orientations and ensuring new hires are completely onboarded.</li><li>Assist in updating and utilizing the company HRIS to process new hires, status changes and terminations by following established HRIS guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate candidate pre-employment process including processing background checks, motor vehicle reports, and drug screenings in a timely manner.</li><li>Provide ongoing support by responding to employee requests and inquiries.</li><li>Compose and distribute internal documents and correspondence.</li><li>Maintain spreadsheets/online reporting systems to provide current, concise information that is easily accessible to the human resources department and operations.</li><li>Conduct audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.</li><li>Compile reports from various database systems.</li><li>Tracks status of candidates in applicant tracking system and ensure timely communications with the hiring managers, admin assistants and candidates.</li><li>File documents into appropriate employee files including creating new-employee files.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations related to HR practices.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Required Skills/Abilities</h3><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li></ul><h3>Education and Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.</li><li>1 to 3 years related experience required.</li><li>CHRP credential preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>****We will not be providing employment sponsorship for this opportunity****</strong></p>
