Reporting to the Training and Development Advisor, the Training Coordinator plays a key role in managing our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating logistics, maintaining training records, and supporting learning initiatives.&nbsp;&nbsp;The coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure training logistics are smooth, records are up to date, and employees are appropriately scheduled and tracked for required certifications and learning programs. This position is ideal for someone with experience in training coordination who is looking to grow their skills in course creation and learning operations. &nbsp;The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and passionate about internal customer service. You enjoy solving problems, learning new systems, and working closely with other departments to make training smooth and accessible. You’re not afraid to ask questions, explore new tools, or take initiative when something isn’t working. You have a growth mindset and a strong desire to keep improving how learning is delivered across the organization. &nbsp;Responsibilities&nbsp;Learning Administration &amp; LMS Management &nbsp;<ul><li>Administer the Learning Management System: upload training materials, manage user assignments, test modules, and troubleshoot issues. &nbsp;</li><li>Track training completions and generate reports for compliance and operational use. &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely records of internal and external training. &nbsp;</li><li>Assign LMS courses and monitor completion status across departments. &nbsp;</li><li>Provide LMS technical support to employees: Respond to employee questions about training programs and LMS navigation, and provide support for resolving technical issues. &nbsp;</li><li>Help ensure consistent application of naming conventions, file retention, and version control across training materials. &nbsp;</li></ul> Training Program Support &nbsp;<ul><li>Edit and upload training content created by the Training Advisor or subject matter experts (SMEs). &nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of instructional content, resources, and workshop materials. &nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate logistics for instructor-led training sessions. &nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with learners about training requirements and follow-ups. &nbsp;</li></ul>Training and Course Development Support &nbsp;<ul><li>Assist in designing and developing basic training courses with guidance. &nbsp;</li><li>Support eLearning builds in Articulate Rise or Storyline by editing, uploading content, organizing modules, and testing. &nbsp;</li></ul>Project &amp; Needs Analysis Support &nbsp;<ul><li>Help gather and analyze training needs from departments. &nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate smaller training projects or workstreams with support. &nbsp;</li><li>Compile learner feedback to support training program improvements. &nbsp;</li><li>Support new hire onboarding activities as they relate to training assignments and record setup. &nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the continuous improvement of training documentation processes. &nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field preferred &nbsp;</li><li>2–3 years of experience in a training coordinator, LMS admin, or training support role. &nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on experience managing multiple training events and supporting large-scale training records. &nbsp;</li><li>Some experience creating training courses or materials (e.g., eLearning, workshops, job aids). &nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. &nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite &nbsp;</li><li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel&nbsp;</li></ul>For more information, please visit <a href="http://www.blackdiamondgroup.com/" target="_blank">www.BlackDiamondGroup.com</a>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer&nbsp;Black Diamond Group Limited is committed to diversity, equal opportunity and ensuring that our employees have the ability to thrive in an inclusive environment.
