Position Summary:Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Technical Enterprise Systems, the ABAP Developer III is responsible for assisting in providing SAP development solutions and supporting and maintaining the existing functionality within the SAP ECC environments. This individual will help with completing all steps of the SDLC development processes by interpreting and understanding the functional requirements with Business Analysts, writing technical program specifications, completing ABAP development, code reviews, documentation, unit testing, and resolving issues during and after deployment, while adhering to UFA’s processes for change and incident management.This position will be a 12 month term.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:<ul><li>Deliver quality ABAP programs and Forms (SAP script, Smart forms) in several SAP modules based on defined standards and established timelines to meet business requirements on schedule and in accordance with the defined UFA standards.</li><li>Act as main technical resource for the ABAP team. Develop and deliver reliable and responsive application systems within scope, on schedule and within budget.</li><li>Develop and maintain efficient and error free programs using UFA's project methodology and programming standards. Evaluate the impact of module changes to other modules. Provide programs/function break / fix support.</li><li>Work on and coordinate key SAP development and support deliverables.</li><li>Develop solutions in Neptune Planet 8 to support the demand for Neptune UX solutions at UFA</li><li>Write technical documentations (Technical Requirements Specification, Test Plan, Support Documentation). Provide project status updates to business and IT process owners.</li><li>Perform Unit Testing and support integration and user acceptance testing.</li><li>Prepare accurate time and cost estimates for assigned projects.</li><li>Establish close relationship with others in IT Enterprise.</li></ul>Qualifications required for the position:<ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with 8+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including ABAP Objects and conventional programming in NW 7.0+ environments.</li><li>Expertise in Dialog programming, Object-Oriented ABAP, Enhancements (User Exits, BAdIs), BDC, LSMW, BAPIs, RFCs, IDOCs, ALV, Smart Forms, and SAP Scripts.</li><li>Strong SAP functional understanding of FI, MM, SD, WM, SRM, and SCM modules. Experience with IS-RETAIL or equivalent IDOC-intensive retail environments.</li><li>Proficient in SAP Workbench, advanced debugging tools, and interface technologies. Familiar with BI/BW, PI/PO, and eager to adopt Neptune Planet 8 platform.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experienced in mentoring, writing technical documentation, and collaborating with business stakeholders.</li><li>Skilled in all phases of the SDLC, object-oriented design, and structured project management. ABAP Developer

Position Summary:Reporting to the Director, Innovation &amp; IT Services, the Product Owner (User Experience Specialist) will be primarily focused on the enhancement of user experience for our digital platforms including mobile app and the billing platform. The Product Owner (User Experience Specialist) focuses on guiding the customer and user experience on these platforms and will advocate for customer experience to ensure value is brought to the customer, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Collaborate with the Director, Innovation &amp; IT Services to define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our digital platforms.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including customers, development teams, and other key business units, to gather requirements and feedback. Advocate for customer outcomes to improvement experience. The role will actively seek and incorporate customer feedback, ensuring alignment to business objectives are met.</li><li>Strive to improve our customer experience, reducing friction for customers to interact with UFA in our digital platforms.</li><li>Clearly define and communicate user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications for features and enhancements.</li><li>Deliver product results aligned to the solution, working with project managers and other team members to ensure results and outcomes are realized in a timely and cost-effective manner.</li><li>Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to plan and execute, ensuring that deliverables align with the customer product vision and business goals. Assist the Scrum Master in prioritizing features to align to customer outcomes. Align budget with priorities to ensure execution stays within constraints.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.</li><li>Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that all features and enhancements meet the highest quality standards before release.</li><li>Track and analyze product performance metrics to inform future development and enhancement decisions.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications required for the position:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the mobile app or digital platform domain.</li><li>Proficiency in web and mobile design principles, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>#IND1 Diversity, Inclusion &amp; Belonging At UFA we care about the lives of our employees, members, customers, elected officials, and partners.
