Our facility is located approximately 12 km north of Redwater or a 45-minute drive from north Edmonton.Shift schedule: Monday – Friday – 8 hours per dayWe Offer<ul><li>Competitive Salary: From $90,000.00 but commensurate with experience</li><li>3 Weeks’ Vacation</li><li>Comprehensive Benefit Plan</li><li>RRSP Matching</li><li>Cell Phone Reimbursement</li><li>Company Paid Sick Days</li><li>Paid Time Off at Christmas</li><li>Travel Allowance</li></ul>General Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain detailed short-term and long-term maintenance schedules for fixed equipment.</li><li>Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.</li><li>Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and operations staff to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.</li><li>Ensure all maintenance work orders are accurately scoped, prioritized, and executed on time.</li><li>Monitor job progress and update plans to reflect scope changes, field conditions, or emergency work.</li><li>Track and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, equipment issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.</li><li>Develop, maintain and manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring all data is up to date and accurate.</li><li>Create, issue, and manage work orders in CMMS and ensure accurate documentation of executed work.</li><li>Order and manage spare parts and materials required for scheduled maintenance.</li><li>Prepare detailed job plans, including labor, materials, equipment, tools, and safety requirements.</li><li>Support root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.</li></ul>Education &amp; Training:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5-10 years experience in maintenance planning/scheduling, preferably in a mining, heavy industrial, or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment reliability, and asset management.</li><li>Proficient in CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Pronto, or similar).</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and schematics.</li><li>Understanding of safety and environmental regulations related to mining operations</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Experience in sand mining or aggregate processing industry.</li><li>Familiarity with Lean Maintenance and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles.</li><li>Certification in maintenance planning or reliability (e.g., CMRP) is an asset.</li></ul>Pre-Employment Screening<ul><li>Criminal Record Check</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $90,000.00 per year

Quinn Well Control Inc. is looking for full time drivers/helpers to work in a fast paced environment, be able to work individually or in a team setting and demonstrate a positive attitude. Successful applicants will assist crews and supervisors with all aspects of slickline and swabbing including cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, units, shop and shop vehicles.
