<h3>Description</h3>Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time permanent ERP Business Process Lead to work with our team in&nbsp;Edmonton, AB.This position will report to the Director of ERP Systems.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understands the entire SAP solution end to end and business processes to ensure that the solution meets business requirements with minimum customization.</li><li>Responsible for defining corporate SAP strategy with regards to Production Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, e-PPDS and IBP.</li><li>Responsible to drive adoption of end-to-end SAP solutions and drives strategic initiatives the rollout of new functionality and into new departments / locations / plants.</li></ul>Duties Include:<ul><li>Manage and optimize SAP business processes, ensuring they align with organizational objectives while minimizing customizations &amp; maximize use of standard SAP functionality.</li><li>Collaborate with business and ERP and IT teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support SAP system adoption across the organization.</li><li>Process Design and Optimization: Analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing optimized processes leveraging SAP functionalities.</li><li>Process Standardization: Developing and implementing standardized business processes across the organization, promoting consistency and efficiency.</li><li>Toolset implementation: Champion and drive the implementation of a Business Process Management and Testing Automation tool to formalize the ERP Business processes and their associated validation procedures, documentation and Security - Build process to maintain the information for these tools.</li><li>SAP System Implementation: Leading or participating in the implementation of new SAP modules or upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate process changes, and address any issues or concerns.</li><li>Testing and Validation: Coordinate, automate and support test phases like User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that standard SAP configurations meet business requirements, identifying issues early to avoid custom fixes.</li><li>Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to support standardized processes and ensure audit compliance.</li><li>Change Management: Managing the organizational changes associated with implementing new SAP processes, ensuring user adoption and minimal resistance.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SAP processes, identifying areas for further optimization and improvement.</li><li>Aids the organization to define new or changing business requirements including identifying benefits and creating business cases.</li><li>Defines, scopes, and estimates solutions (SAP and non-SAP) to meet the functional requirements for business systems.</li><li>Conducts workshops for defining business requirements and development of test scripts.</li><li>Advises on testing approach and supports test execution.</li><li>Leads defect resolution process.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 8–12 years of experience in SAP implementations, business process management, or supply chain operations</li><li>At least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations (from blueprint to go-live) in a lead or key contributor role, preferably in SAP S/4HANA.</li><li>3–5 years in a leadership or lead role, managing cross-functional teams or projects, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.</li><li>Experience in defining and executing corporate SAP strategies, including module selection, process design, and rollout to multiple locations or plants.</li><li>Proven track record of leading business process optimization initiatives, minimizing customizations, and maximizing standard SAP functionality.</li><li>Experience in stakeholder management, collaborating with cross-functional teams (business, IT, ERP teams) and managing senior-level stakeholders.</li><li>Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario development, defect resolution, and validation of SAP configurations.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze, redesign, and standardize business processes using SAP best practices.</li><li>Experience implementing BPM and testing automation tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis, or similar) and maintaining associated documentation and security protocols.</li><li>Experience leading organizational change initiatives, including user training, adoption strategies, and managing resistance to new processes or systems.</li><li>Experience leading SAP Rollouts and Upgrades: Experience leading or supporting SAP module rollouts to new departments, locations, or plants, ensuring minimal disruption.</li><li>Experience planning, running and driving outcomes from Requirement Gathering and Workshops - Proven ability to conduct workshops, define business requirements, and create business cases with clear benefits.</li><li>Experience assessing risks, documenting processes (e.g., SOPs), and ensuring audit compliance in collaboration with IT, HR and ERP teams</li><li>Experience working with third-party vendors or consultants for SAP implementations or toolset integrations.</li><li>Superior written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities</li></ul>Industry Experience (preferred):<ul><li>Experience in industries with complex supply chains, such as discreet manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods, where production planning and forecasting are critical.</li><li>Familiarity with global operations, multi-plant environments, or regulated industries (e.g., API, ISO standards).</li></ul>The Stream-Flo Group of Companies, consisting of Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. and Master Flo Valve Inc., are privately owned and operated Canadian manufacturers of wellhead, production gate valve and check valve equipment, as well as chokes, specialty control valves and supporting actuation.
