Required to provide guidance and training to others within the department.&nbsp;Responsibilities:·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Perform preventative maintenance on FRAC and COIL TUBING equipment, including repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment to maximize safe and productive operations·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Ensure maintenance inspections are completed within designated timelines and documented as per industry standards·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Diagnose and troubleshoot repairs·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Complete paperwork efficiently and in a timely manner·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Record and track equipment deficiencies·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Perform remote &amp; on location field repairs as required with the ability to work in all weather conditions·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Proficient in time management and self-discipline for 24 hour coverage·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Participate in safety meetings and provide feedback on equipment modifications and specifications·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Other duties as required·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;All safety course requirements, will be provided at time of start &nbsp;Training:&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;* Employees will have the opportunity to attend training courses and will receive a certificate of completion at the end of each course &nbsp;Qualifications:·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Previous diagnostic and troubleshooting experience, knowledge of Cummins ISX15, QSK45,50,60, CAT 3512, Detroit, Twin Disk, Cat Transmission is preferred·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Knowledge of Coil Tubing and Fracturing equipment is considered an asset for this position·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Truck/Trailer repair and Cvip·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Strong computer skills with diagnostic software·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical &amp; hydraulic systems&nbsp; ·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*&nbsp;Self-motivated and have the initiative to fully perform the duties of this position independently along with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize issues &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; * Valid Class 5 driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
