<h2>Purpose:</h2><p>Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Apprentice Millwright is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and machine tools within the Argus facilities.</p><h2>Accountabilities:</h2><p>Working with the Journeyman millwrights, the role accountabilities include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Complete routine maintenance work on equipment and machine tools, as per the Argus preventative maintenance task sheets and schedules.</li><li>Perform maintenance and repair schedule as directed by the Maintenance Supervisors, ensuring quality and customer requirements are met.&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate machine tools and equipment condition, reporting concerns to the Maintenance Supervisors. &nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot and provide unscheduled repairs on equipment and machine tools which are not working. &nbsp;Advise downtime information to the Maintenance Supervisor.</li><li>Read and understand drawings, manuals, and specifications to assess machine functionality and assist in making repairs and/ or adjustments to machine tools.</li><li>Advise Maintenance Supervisor or Manager of machine parts and specialty tools required to keep machines and equipment running.</li><li>Understand all machines and equipment within the shops and use shop tools, as required, to determine and deliver maintenance needs.</li><li>Record measurements and write service reports.</li><li>Install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans.</li><li>Work with team to identify and deliver improvements as required.</li></ul>
