This role requires familiarity with all landfill operations, including scale operations, heavy equipment operation, truck ticketing systems, landfill and building maintenance, and sampling. As the Lead Operator will be in regular contact with customers, excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service are essential. The Lead Landfill Operator is also responsible for providing proper training to Operator Trainees, making strong attention to detail critical. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Rig Operator with continuous rod services on our clients wells, inspecting and maintaining tools, lifting equipment, and safety equipment, as well as maintaining the Rig Unit, crew vehicle, and doghouse.
